Challenge Food delivery, flower, and fashion businesses needed more than another bot: they needed owned D2C storefronts inside messengers with no marketplace commission, no lost customer base, and no dependency on an external website.
Approach We built MOST. as a mini app platform for Telegram and MAX. It combines catalog, cart, checkout, payments, promo codes, statuses, mobile CRM, and integrations while adapting visual identity for each brand: Evergreen, Floris, and Sneachers.
Result The result is a reusable storefront system that can launch a new vertical quickly: 0% aggregator commission, first sales within 48 hours, full customer data ownership, and a familiar messenger-native buying journey.
