Challenge

The client has been manufacturing UAV blades and components via 3D printing and composite processing since 2020, and supplies electronic components from Chinese and European manufacturers. They needed a digital platform for B2B order management, a catalogue of 1,000,000+ SKUs, document workflows, and partner supply tracking with confirmed lead times from 3 days.

Approach

We built a web platform with role-based access for partners and managers, a filterable component catalogue, order and supply management module, automated document generation, and an executive dashboard. The platform was integrated with the client's existing accounting infrastructure.

Result

The platform automated partner order processing and document workflows: processing time dropped and managers now see the full supply cycle in one interface. The director gained a management dashboard with clear analytics on orders, partners, and inventory.
