Challenge Students and staff relied on multiple disconnected channels for schedules, updates, and services. The college needed one unified digital environment plus a transparent motivation system with student activity rankings.
Approach We built two connected products: a mobile app for schedules, news, and student services, and a web platform with points, personal dashboards, transaction logs, rankings, and reporting tools. Data syncs with college systems and role-based permissions.
Result The system is live and actively used. Students now access schedules and updates from one place, engagement increased through points and rankings, and administrators gained automated reporting and clearer activity tracking.
