Task: SAPI «ICC-КСІТС» technical college faced a problem: students and teachers used multiple different channels to get schedules, news, and access to institution services. It was necessary to create a unified system that would combine everything in one place and add a student reward system for their activity with open rankings.

Solution: Vinteno team developed two interconnected applications. The first is a mobile app for smartphones where you can view current schedules, read news, and use college services. The second is a web application with a points system for students: personal accounts, points accrual and deduction for activities, transaction history, top student rankings, and the ability to export reports. All data automatically syncs with college systems, and access to features is restricted based on user roles.

Result: The system was successfully launched and is actively used at the college. The mobile app became the single place for schedules and news — students are always aware of events. The points system significantly increased engagement in activities, and open rankings created healthy competition among students. Administration received a convenient tool for activity assessment with automatic report and official document generation.
