Task: Develop a convenient platform for managing the hiring process to replace the chaotic process in messengers and spreadsheets that led to losing candidates.

Solution: Vinteno team created an app that works on iPhones, Android phones, and in browsers — the same app for all platforms. At the center — a convenient board with vacancies and candidates, like Trello, and a unified database of all applicants with fast search and filters. Using ready-made server solutions reduced development time by 40% and lowered support costs.

Result: The platform successfully solves HR department problems. The unified board shows the entire hiring process — from posting vacancies to hiring employees. Now all vacancies and candidates are in one place, and nothing gets lost. Fast search and filters help find suitable candidates 30-40% faster. Unified forms for vacancies and candidate cards simplified work and reduced errors by half. Thanks to using modern tools, the first version was ready very quickly, and the client could immediately start using it and receive user feedback.
